Before users use our APP/platform services, we recommend that you read the specific content of this privacy policy carefully to help you understand where and what information we will collect from your device and how the information will be used.MayPera will collect, store, share, use and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When you agree to this policy, we consider that you have authorized us to implement the relevant content in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection

When you visit our application/ platform and use our services, in order to improve the quality of our services, we will collect your personal information in the following scope. We take the privacy of our users very seriously, and we can only collect your personal information if you voluntarily submit information to us. If you choose not to submit your personal information to us or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information, we may not be able to provide our services to you.

A.Required Informations

To ensure you can fully utilize our loan services, we may require access to the following permissions or information.

1. SMS

For the purpose of evaluating your credit, make risk management and anti-fraud assessments. MayPera will collect your SMS log, and transmit, store SMS information through our server (https://www.maypera.ph/), which includes: sender, date, and content. The SMS data that is not useful for analyzing financial risks will be filtered and deleted by us and will not be stored. We do not share any contents to others, We strictly adhere to applicable laws. regulations, and privacy policies to ensure the safety of yourpersonal data. You have the right to deny us access to SMS permissions, but this may affect the complete experience of your loan service. And you could go to settings to open and close this permissions at anytime you want.

2. Location

We only collect approximate location information from your device to reduce risks associated with your account and increase data security. All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Data will be uploaded and stored to our server via a secure connection: (https://www.maypera.ph/)

3. Notification Permissions

In order to send users important information, reminders, updates, and other content, we require access to notification permissions. Users have the freedom to choose whether to allow push notifications. If a user declines authorization, the app will still function normally; however, these users will not receive push notifications.

4. Camera

We request access to your camera, which allows you to take photos of your ID and face and upload them to our platform to complete the necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process for loan services. We do not have access to photos or videos stored on your device. Camera access requires your consent, and if permission is not granted, you will not be able to take or update images.

5. Emergency Contacts

We only collect the information of your 2 emergency contacts, including relationship, name, and phone number. This information used solely for verifying the borrower’s identity, assessing eligibility, and analyzing risks and fraud prevention. You can choose how to provide this information to us:

a. Manually entering the contact details

b. Automatically selecting contacts from contact list

The automatic option is a convenient method that allows you to select specific contacts from your contacts and quickly upload their information into our app. It is important to note that this method only collects the information of the contacts you explicitly choose and does not access your entire contact list. We will never share your data with any third parties without your permission. Your data will be securely transmitted and stored on our servers via an HTTPS connection method.

6. Specific installed apps

We collect information about the applications installed on your device, but only transmit and store data related to specified financial apps. We collect data includes: wheter it is a built-in system application, app name, version code, first install time, and last update time. These data will be used to identify and analyze behavioral risks, helping us to prevent fraud actins and protect the security of our accounts and funds. We do not transmit or store any data related to non-financial apps.

Normal permissions

1. ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

By using this permission, Maypera may collect your Wi-Fi address for risk assessment and to identify unusual behavior.

2. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

By using this permission, Maypera may collect your network information, including network address, connection status, and connection type. This helps us preventing data loss or processing delays due to network interruptions, and it can also be used for risk assessment and to identify unusual network behavior.

3. AD_ID

By using this permission, Maypera may collect your Google Advertising ID (GAID) to analyze advertising data and optimize your advertising experience. If you wish to disable this permission, you can turn it off from "Personalized Ads" in your device settings.

B.Personal information provided by users

After your registration, we process, collect, store, use and disclose some of the information you provide for the following purposes (including but not limited to):

(1) Personal Information provide by users:

Full name, gender, date of birth, ID card information, phone number, email address, Facebook account, address details, emergency contacts, education level, religious information, job information, monthly income, borrower's e-wallet/bank account information.

(2) Purpose/Use

a. Used for identity verification, comparison of information, and verification with third parties to ensure the accuracy of the information.
b. To monitor, detect, analyze and prevent actual or suspected crimes, fraud, and business risks.
c. Develop, enhance and maintain risk control assessment processes and models.
d. To notify you about offers, products, services and updates.
e. Resolving complaints and processing requests
f. Customize your experience; improve our services; measure consumer interest and satisfaction with our products and services.
g. Disclose your data in order to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

C.Third Party Information

In the due course of using our services, we may collect information about you from a limited number of third parties such as credit bureaus and other identity verification and fraud prevention services. This information we collect from such third party sources is governed by your privacy policies agreed with those sources and with your express consent. MayPera will never share data to the third party without your permission. It will only collect under your consent. The data will transfer and upload over a secure connection(https). We use this data to create your profile, assess your credit-worthiness and prevent loan fraud, so that we can provide you with the best available services.

How MayPera store and protect Users Personal Information

Data Retention and Deletion

MayPera promises to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure using the right security measures based on the type of data and how we are processing the same. We retain information about you to provide a seamless experience, to contact you in case of support required and about your account, to detect, mitigate, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. We may also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

In order to protect users privacy and be responsible for user's data, we provide the entrances of account deletion on our APP and website (https://www.maypera.ph/). However you can not be able to use our services after deletion, and the data cannot be recover after deletion. If your order status is applying, disbursing, or unsettled, we will not be abile to provide you with account deletion services, MayPera will continue to retain your account data until you repay your bills with the order settled. For deleted accounts, users can still use the same mobile number to register again. However, to prevent fraud, users could only make re-register 15 days after canceling thier account. If the same mobile number process the deletion more than 3 times, this mobile number is not allowed to be re-registered.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERSONAL DATA.
