Information Collection

When you visit our application/ platform and use our services, in order to improve the quality of our services, we will collect your personal information in the following scope. We take the privacy of our users very seriously, and we can only collect your personal information if you voluntarily submit information to us. If you choose not to submit your personal information to us or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information, we may not be able to provide our services to you.

A.Information Collected While Using the App

(1) SMS

We will obtain your SMS data for risk management and anti-fraud checks. MayPera will upload and store your SMS data to our server: ( will never share your data with third parties without your permission.

(2) Camera

We will obtain your camera access to scan your ID card and perform facial recognition.

(3) Pictures

We will collect the pictures taken by users during the loan application process only for KYC verification and anti-fraud checks

We collect location information from your device to reduce risks associated with your account and increase data security. All transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Data will be uploaded and stored to our server via a secure connection: (

We will only collect your 2 emergency contacts for identity verification, risk management and anti-fraud checks. You can choose the way we collect contact information by yourself: a. Fill in manually; b. Automatic filling: Select 1 contact information from your contact books (P.S. This method CAN only get one selected contact in your Contact books, and CANNOT get all your contact information). We will never share your data with third-parties without your permission, data will be uploaded and stored to our server via a secure connection(https).

(6) Notification Permissions

In order to send users important information, reminders, updates, and other content, we require access to notification permissions. Users have the freedom to choose whether to allow push notifications. If a user declines authorization, the app will still function normally; however, these users will not receive push notifications.

C.Third Party Information

In the due course of using our services, we may collect information about you from a limited number of third parties such as credit bureaus and other identity verification and fraud prevention services. This information we collect from such third party sources is governed by your privacy policies agreed with those sources and with your express consent. Data Retention and Deletion

MayPera promises to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure using the right security measures based on the type of data and how we are processing the same. We retain information about you to provide a seamless experience, to contact you in case of support required and about your account, to detect, mitigate, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. We may also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

In order to protect users privacy and be responsible for user's data, we provide the entrances of account deletion on our APP and website ( However you can not be able to use our services after deletion, and the data cannot be recover after deletion. If your order status is applying, disbursing, or unsettled, we will not be abile to provide you with account deletion services, MayPera will continue to retain your account data until you repay your bills with the order settled. For deleted accounts, users can still use the same mobile number to register again. However, to prevent fraud, users could only make re-register 15 days after canceling thier account. If the same mobile number process the deletion more than 3 times, this mobile number is not allowed to be re-registered.
